We receive a lot of feature requests for Fellowstream, especially from new customers looking for a team management tool.  (If you want to get involved with the conversation, you can chat with me on our Fellowstream Twitter sometime.)  One of the most requested features is the ability to sort tickets.

It’s in for the next update, baby!

All areas in Fellowstream that show tickets – My Workspace, the Project pages, and team member profile pages – will have an option to sort by pre-selected parameters.  In the above example, you can sort by ID, Name, Date Closed, or who the ticketed is Reported By.

Ticket sorting will make it even easier to keep track of everyone’s tickets.  Huzzah!  And if you have suggestions for other parameters, let us know about it in the comments!
